Solution: Endesa was hiring to different engineering companies the service of extracting its facilities plans for the builders that were carrying out works. These plans remained in a separate system which was not integrated into the SAP corporate system.
Endesa decided to bet for the eWise portal in order to reduce costs thanks to a faster service with neither external subcontractors nor the administrative costs of entering the plans into the SAP system. Moreover, Endesa could charge for providing added value to customers with this service.
